These early-access terms govern your use of EVITARC. By requesting access or using the platform, you agree to them. Full terms will follow before general launch.

Early access

EVITARC is under active development. Features may change, and availability isn't guaranteed. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes.

Acceptable use

Use the platform lawfully and in good faith. Don't scrape it, misrepresent identity or metrics, run bot or engagement-pod activity, or use it to harass creators, brands or agencies.

Collaborations & disclosure

Brands, creators and agencies are responsible for their own agreements and for complying with advertising rules, including ASCI disclosure. We provide tooling and prompts, not legal advice.

Content & ownership

You keep ownership of content and data you bring. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the platform and generate matches you've requested.

Liability

During early access the platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
