This is a plain-language summary of how we handle data while EVITARC is in early access. It isn't legal advice, and we'll publish a full policy before general launch.

What we collect

Contact details you send us (name, email, company/handle, city and message). For creators and agencies who join, public profile and content signals, plus data you choose to connect, so we can build accurate match scores.

How we use it

To reply to you, set up your account, generate matching intelligence, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data. We don't share it beyond what's needed to deliver a match you've asked for.

Creator & agency data

Creators opt in and control which briefs they accept. You can ask us to remove your profile and associated data at any time by emailing hello@evitarc.in.

Security & retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, protect it with reasonable technical safeguards, and review access regularly.

Your choices

Access, correction and deletion requests are welcome, just email us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
